Look snappy!

The Cub Scout uniform: - Official Cub Scout blue, short sleeve shirt w/ correct patches. [Webelos (4th & 5th graders) may wear official khaki] - Neckerchief - Slide (pinch the slide tongs inward so it won't slide off) - Blue pants or shorts. Pack 413 allows blue jeans. - Belt.  

Uniforms may be purchased at the Scout Shop at 2145 SW Natio Parkway in downtown Portland.  Just tell them you are with Pack 413 in Lake Oswego, Skyloo District, and they will help you get all the right patches.

A Cub Scout looks snappy and wears his uniform to all Den and Pack activities! If a family can't afford to buy a uniform, one will be provided.

Sweatpants, camouflage, sports shorts and brightly colored attire are inappropriate >>


PRE-SEWN PATCHES. The Scout Shop offers uniforms with the basic Council and flag patches already sewn on, for a small fee.

TRY IRON-ON "Badge Magic". For the various patches, The Scout Shop offers sheets of heat sensitive adhesive,"Badge Magic". Iron on patches, then put the shirt in the dryer for 15 minutes.  We've found it works for larger patches, but very small patches are best sewn on.

BUY BIG - The official blue Cub Scout shirt is tough, and will easily last four or five years. Buy oversized so he can grow into it.
